Brackfield Consulting have extensive experience of providing major contractors with design support to their temporary works responsibilities. Temporary works is a fundamental requirement of the vast majority of construction projects including even small scale domestic work.

Expert Services

Brackfield Consulting provide professional defect reports. Our reports are carefully written to express our finding for possible use as expert evidence in the District Court or High Court. We also provide ‘watching brief’ and Client Representative services.

Brackfield Consulting formalised their commitment to design and construct more sustainable buildings to help decarbonise the construction industry. Through the Post Graduate Diploma in Building Performance (Energy Efficiency in Design) at TU Dublin, staff in Brackfield Consulting have significant knowledge of embodied energy, operational energy, sustainability and circularity, their interrelationship and effect on building performance.
